When you access the website, technical access data is processed, in particular IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser identifier, language setting and information about device, browser and operating system.

The website uses its own server-side analytics. The following are recorded: page views, sessions, referrer, campaign parameters, language, device type, browser, operating system, approximate country or city, time on site, scroll depth, and clicks on contact options such as phone, email, WhatsApp or map links. No external analytics providers are integrated.

If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or via an application link, we process the information you submit in order to handle your request. Please only share information that is necessary for your concern.

Health data is not actively requested via the website. If you voluntarily submit such information, it will only be processed to handle your request and is subject to dental confidentiality.

Operation and security of the website, error analysis, responding to enquiries, preparation of appointments and treatment, as well as internal reach measurement and improvement of contact options.

Website operation, security and error analysis are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. Our own analytics is also based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is data-minimised reach measurement without external analytics providers. Contact and appointment requests are processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Voluntarily submitted health data is processed under Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR. Consent-required browser storage is only used with consent.

The website is delivered via hosting, CDN and security services. These services may process access data such as IP address, browser identifier and requested URL, to the extent required for delivery, abuse protection and error analysis. Processing outside the EU or EEA only takes place on the basis of the GDPR mechanisms designed for that purpose.

Without your consent, the analytics does not set a persistent analytics identifier in the browser. Without consent, random analytics identifiers are only kept in the working memory of the open page. With consent, a randomly generated visitor identifier may be stored in local storage and a session identifier in session storage. Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. An opt-out cookie can be set via ?no_track=1.

The fonts used are loaded locally from this website. Loading the fonts does not trigger any request to Google Fonts. No services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel are integrated for analytics.

On the public website, external services are essentially included as links — for example WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps or review and profile pages. Data is only transmitted to these providers when you open the respective link. The privacy information of the respective provider applies once an external link is opened.

Our own analytics and access data are stored for a maximum of 12 months. Technical security and crawler logs are stored for a maximum of 6 months, unless a security incident requires longer retention for review. Contact requests are stored for as long as is necessary for handling, traceability or statutory retention obligations.

Recipients may include IT, hosting, CDN, security and communication service providers, to the extent required for the delivery, protection and operation of the website or the handling of enquiries.

You generally have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, provided the legal requirements are met. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
